After 25 years as the Executive Chef at The Cliff Restaurant, Paul Owens, together with his dedicated team, have partnered with the owners of The Beach House to create Paul Owens at the Beach House. Discover Paul’s eclectic menu, combining the freshest ingredients with contrasting flavors and textures to produce truly delicious cuisine.
We are delighted to introduce you to Chef Curtis Barrow. This veteran chef and avid sports enthusiast has spent almost 24 years in fine dining industry, having worked for some of the most acclaimed restaurants in Barbados, such as The Cliff Restaurant and The Beach House. Curtis plays an integral part in preparing the myriad of culinary creations that make its way to our dining floor.
Since graduating from the Barbados Community College Hospitality Institute, Sasha has worked at Port St. Charles, Sugar Hill Resort and spent over 10 years at the old Beach House restaurant. She now serves as one of the three Assistant Managers responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant. Her level of efficiency, organization and attention to detail has made her a valuable asset to the Paul Owens‘ team, and it’s safe to say things tend to run a bit more smoothly when she is around.
It is impossible to talk ”All Things Wine” without mentioning Michael O’Neal. This globally-influenced wine sommelier spent over 15 years at The Cliff Restaurant before joining the team at Paul Owens at the Beach House. Michael comes with a wealth of experience, knowledge and training, and provides expert advice if you are having difficulty deciding which of our 200 plus wine labels is best to pair your meal with.
Mixologist and bar management professional, Neil Fredricks comes with over 15 years of experience, having worked at The Lone Star, Daphne’s and Coral Reef Hotel just to name a few. Known for making the best rum sours on the island, this Barbadian-born but internationally-influenced professional leads a talented bar team, who pride themselves on making innovative cocktails and reimagined concoctions for you to enjoy.
